Frother plays a key role in mining flotation.
Florrea’s experienced expert team of frothers can customize frothers according to the customers’ mineralogy, process flow, required flotation rate, required foam strength, flotation pH, grinding fineness, gangue and other minerals in the combination state of valuable minerals. The recovery rate and the grade of the concentrate can be increased by the adjustment of frothers.
Florrea has developed a series of collectors that replace xanthates partially or fully while keeping or enhancing the metallugical benefits

Compared with xanthates, this series of collectors has the following advantages:
- The products are liquid and can be fed directly, which reduces labor strength
- Easy to transport and store, safe to use.
- Applicable pH range is wide, can be in low alkali or no lime used in the process.
- Good selectivity,which is conducive to improving the grade of concentrate.
- At lower dosage, production index can be equivalent to those that xanthate can obtain.
- Good selectivity for associated precious metals.
