Analysis for emulsions under dynamic conditions

An emulsifier acts by reducing the interfacial tension between oil and water. But because this requires a certain amount of time, the effect can be quite different depending on the process dynamics. The DVT50 Drop Volume Tensiometer analyzes this time dependence for very fast to slow processes precisely and fully automatically. The measurement results support you in the optimization and formulation of emulsions and emulsifiers.
